Nope. You get to decide what you share and when you share it. We’ll do activities and skills-building that don’t require deep personal disclosure to be helpful.
Each group meets once per week for about 60 minutes. We’ll share your specific group’s schedule before you start.
A mix of conversation, guided activities, and learning coping skills. We might do creative exercises, talk through challenges, or practice strategies to handle stress, friendships, and self-confidence.
