We started with a small team and small office Oak Avenue and have expanded slowly since then. In its ten years, EMERGE has helped over 1,000 young clients and their families navigate the complex challenges of life in a rapidly changing world. You can participate in whatever way feels comfortable, we’ll never put you on the spot. With time, it usually becomes a space you look forward to each week. Do I have to talk about personal stuff? Nope. You get to decide what you share and when you share it. We’ll do activities and skills-building that don’t require deep personal disclosure to be helpful. How long are group sessions and how often do they meet? Each group meets once per week for about 60 minutes. We’ll share your specific group’s schedule before you start. What do we actually do during group? A mix of conversation, guided activities, and learning coping skills.
